I work in an integrative way, which means I draw from a range of counselling approaches depending on what best supports you. At the heart of my practice is a client-centred approach — placing you at the centre of the work, and tailoring each session to your needs.

Together, we’ll explore your past, present, and future to build a fuller understanding of your life so far, and to think about where you’d like to go next.

Working integratively allows me to bring in ideas and tools from several different approaches. The ones I draw on most include Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centred Therapy, and Positive Psychology coaching techniques.

When we look at your past, we may also work in a psychodynamic way — exploring how early relationships and attachment patterns might still be shaping your experiences today.

If you're unfamiliar with some of these terms, that’s absolutely fine. What matters most is that we’ll work collaboratively — creating sessions that feel meaningful and useful for you. If there are particular approaches you’re interested in, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), we can weave these into our work together too.

If this sounds like what you're looking for, feel free to get in touch to arrange an initial session. I’d be happy to hear from you.

If you’d like to discuss availability or book a session, I’d love to hear from you.
